Presentation GuidelineS

The conference will come soon, and we would like to, once again, appreciate your contribution to PEDG 2019. Please find the presentation instruction as below.

Oral Presentation

  • The authors of papers accepted for oral presentation are asked to prepare a presentation file according to the oral template, and Microsoft PowerPoints 2016 and above is preferred to avoid software compatibility problems.
  • Each oral presentation is scheduled to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes of Q&A, and thus the presentation slides should not exceed 20 pages.
  • Authors are required to upload the presentation file and presenter's biography in the Submission System by 23:59, June 3rd, 2019 (GMT +8:00).
  • Conference computers will be provided in each oral session room with pre-loaded presentation files. Presenters will not be permitted to utilize alternate computers in the session rooms.
  • Presenters are required to be in the session room 15 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chair, and to check their presentation files in the conference computers.

Poster Presentation

  • The authors of papers accepted for poster presentation are asked to prepare a poster and display it for the duration of the conference on a designated poster panel provided by the conference.
  • The size of the poster panel is 100cm (W) x 248cm (H), and the poster size is recommended to be A0, i.e. 84cm (W) x 119cm (H). A poster template is provided for preparing the poster file.
  • All presenters must have their posters hung at the start of the session and removed at its completion, and scotch tapes will be provided for use. All posters left after the end of the session will be discarded.
  • All presenters are required to preside at their poster panels during the poster session for anticipated discussion with participants.

Any paper, which is not presented in scheduled sessions, will be excluded from IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex.
